E1 DID number with the number following the issue

Hello everyone!
 Recently, a question!
 I have a MXEII3300 6.0 SP3,there are four E1 DID.
 When a customer uses the function code Call Forwarding external,
 But the receiver can only bring out the company representative number!
 Q:
 How to modify a Call Forwarding external number, DID extension number of the receiving        end to see!
