Dropped calls

Hey Guys I have a Mitel System Multi-Instance Communicator Director and have a SIP Border Gateway and A MBG for Teleworker.
For some reason I have a bunch of dropped a calls. How can i determine where the call is being lost or what is the best way to investigate.

First question to ask is, internal calls or external calls having these problems? or even both?
External only then run packet trace on the MBG to capture one of these calls and see what and who the cause is of the disconnecting calls.
Internal calls being disconnected look at the logs in the 3300 instance.

I would setup Ralph's recent addition to 3300 questions to determine via smdr logs who hung up
