hunt group acd question

i have an hunt group with agents that log into it with agent ids. when the agents log out i get a busy instead of going to vmail. i have tried setting the recal to vmail, to a cra that sends it to vmail and i only get a busy. i am dialing the hunt group ext 2000 from a set on the system.

Markdevoll,

When no one is in the Hunt Group then it is considered busy since no one is logged in, put a phantom agent in there and see if the problem goes away for internal calls. Have you tried an external call to see what it does?

It is behaving normally. With no members available, the hunt group will show buy to intercom callers. You can have calls recall to voice mail, but calls will remain in queue until the recall timer expires.
