Call flow reconfiguration

Hi,

This is the current setup - MCD 7.0 software load 13.0.0.80. The receptionist has MiCollab console installed. When she is on a call and another call comes in, the second caller receives a ringing tone and if the receptionist is not able to answer before the timer expires, the second caller is directed to the overflow point which in this case is voice mail.

User now wants us to reconfigure so that when a second call comes in, second caller to hear phone ringing and then if not answered, caller to get an option to press a digit (say "1") to leave a message or "2" to continue holding. Will the basic auto attendant functionality that he 3300 has be able to cater for this? What would be the quickest and "painless" way of achieving this. I believe they also have licenses for Nupoint.
