I have recently added four 5610's to our system and all work well. Each is configured for our helpdesk staff as available in a personal ring group to their primary desk phone (5320). Again, all works well. I am trying to add the 5610's to a ring group which seems simple enough, but when I add the 4th one, it is not ringing. It appears that it matters not which 5610 is added last, it will not ring. Is there a limit on the number of these I can add to a ring group (seems that 3 is a very small number)?
Any help would be great!
