MiTel 3300, 56 site, clustered elements bleh bleh...

I am reaching out for help! I have NuPoint messaging for vmails on this system. BUT, I have Hunt group RADS for flow/messages. I think I need to access the admin mailbox to change/repair these recordings, yet... I have no idea how to get into the admin mailbox to change these.
1. How can i put my desk set into (COS? or otherwise) the availability of using the embedded vmail?
2. Do i  need embedded access to get to this admin box?
3. Where do I go to associate (in the 3300) which rad = which recording #?
4. I am fairly lost and have spent a good chunk of today trying to fix these.

I guess the biggest question that i'm leaning towards, is:

"How do i access the admin mailbox (in embedded) if NuPoint is what the system points at?"
I have tried changing the COS of my set, and also enabling the embedded. Both options leave me guessing, with no success.

Gene,
If all of your ports are set to RAD greetings, you'll need to change 1 port back to be a regular voicemail port. You can check this, as well as change the greetings from within the VM Greetings form. (Voice Mail -> System Greetings)

To be a regular voicemail port, the "Greeting" should be set to Primary Set 1.

This is the same place you associate a recording or RAD group to a port.

I'm not following? I have vmail ports normally setup to huntgroups etc.
I have a few call flows that are using RADs as messages etc (i.e. please wait for the next available agent) that play prior to transferring to the queue or groups. I have a couple of these RADs that are not working correctly or need changed.
I am assuming that I need to access the admin mailbox to change these recordings. My issue is that if I press the vmail key on my set, or any set on the system, the call coverages are set to go to the vmail that is in nupoint/extension.
I am wondering how can i set this to allow myself access to embedded, instead of nupoint. I have changed to embedded enabled, and even changed my call coverage and then changed my cos. I need some direction how i can gain access to the admin vmail. I have the credentials, but have no idea how to build a path back to the embedded vice nupoint.
I dont know if this makes sense to anyone?

3300 Embedded voicemail ports can be setup to function either as voicemail ports or RAD ports.

In order to change RAD messages/greetings, you need to access the embedded voicemail's Admin mailbox. You have to do this by calling one of the embedded voicemail ports. You won't be able to do it by pressing the Envelope/Message key.

So go into the VM Greetings form. See if a port is still set to Primary Set 1. If it is, take note of the port number. Then go into the VM Ports form, and see what directory number is assigned to that port.

From there, you'll just need to simply call the extension number, and press *.

OK!

So here's my returning issue. I have found that 77713 (1st with Primary Set #1) says "enter Mailbox number).
I cannot enter the 9999 here, nor will it do anything with *.
How can i go from this point to get into the admin access so i can change any of the recordings?
I am almost there I can feel it.

If you're extension numbers are 5-digits, then the Admin mailbox should be as well. Did you try 99999?

yep. Invalid.
The admin mailbox looks to be 9999 and still on the embedded. This is why im frustrated. I cannot access it from the desk set in front of me. :(
