mitel hx 5000 delay in hearing vm prompts

I have a 3 node setup with mitel hx 5000  and the node that answers with auto attendant with options to transfer to the other nodes is having a delay problem with th bvm system. you will get the initial greeting but it takes 45 seconds for it to answer and when you try to access a mailbox to login  the prompts are spread out like 40 sconds between "enter your mailbox number" and "enter your password and also you call in on the main number and after hearing ringing you hear it stop ringing and a click and after about 40 seconds the greeting comes on.

Do you have a centralized voice mail setup? If so try disassociating the CRAs and keep only the mailboxes centralized, that should reduce the workload on the main voice processor.
