Alarm on console

Not trained on the ICP SX200 but just installed one in a hotel. It ha the Superconsole and I can't seem to keep the 'alarm' indicator from flashing when there is an alarm. I changed a setting in system options, I believe, pertaining to this but it still keeps coming on. Any ideas? Thank you!

I'm not a 200 tech but I believe all you have to do is read the logs from the console.  As long as you are no longer in alarm that should clear it.
