3300 MXe 2-Clustered Rel 4.2 / 10.2.0.26_2 EMB-VM 6-SX200 10-ASU
We’re trying to connect a Sipxecs pbx to our Mitel. I’ve not found information on how to do this. I did find a webpage that talked about Asterisk to Mitel setup that we followed. I also thought there was some Mitel guide about Sip, but I haven’t located that.
We have 10 sip trunks available, have set up Network Elements, Trunk Attributes, Sip Profile and ARS Routes that seem right. But the 2 systems won’t authenticate to each other. The Sip system is not getting an Authorization response from Mitel. Mitel says the Sips are In Service but Authentication failed. We’re scratching our heads now.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
