Auto Attendant Transfer

Hi,

First time poster. Please forgive any breach of forum etiquette as this is new for me.

When callers dial the main number to the office, it rings the answer point 6101, which is programmed into several phones at the front desk as a multicall key. This works great, but once the caller reaches a voice mailbox of an extension and then hits "0" to be transferred back to the operator, it only rings one phone. I checked the voice mailbox programming for "0" and it's set to extension 6101.

Hopefully this is a quick fix. let me know if I've left out important information.
