200ICP subattendant ID
« on: February 19, 2015, 11:17:47 AM »
I recently replaced a 1000 console with a 4150 and set it up as a subattendant. Everything seems to be functioning correctly, except for the ability of a second console to use feature 16 to retrieve calls from the hold position.  My understanding of the feature is that you dial the feature code (4) plus the ID (was 00) plus the hold position number (1-4 in this case)  I can retrieve calls from another console using the 4150, so I know the feature is working. It appears that my attendant ID has changed when I changed set types. My set is on PLID 01-13-02. I have looked in the maintainance show status fields, hoping to see an ID there, but no luck.
Any ideas woul be welcome.

Thanks.

If you are talking about attendant hold pickup, the best way to find what is required to dial is to do a page.

From memory, first sub is 13. I personally setup speed dials to do it
