Hello All,
I was curious if anyone out there has a cheat sheet/guide on how to read the UCA logs off of the Mitel MiCollab Client for Windows Desktop. Looks like a jumbled mess to me and while I can decipher some things, a lot of it still remains a mystery to me. Also for those who are MiCollab certified, is this subject ever covered?
