Dialing by extension in Nupoint Call flow

Hi,

We are using Micollab with Voice 6.0.41.0. All calls from the main number come into the system using Inward Dialing Modification in MCD. This then routes to an extension which is Call Rerouted to VM pilot and a Nupoint call flow.

Basically once this number hits Nupoint I want it to do something like this

Business Hours check ---> If Yes -->Play Welcome/BH message with the ability to dial an extension directly in the business---> If no digits entered continues to Reception ring group.

However I do not see any option to be able to do this and currently how it is setup below does not allow this. There is a option to dial by name but that is not what I am after.



Any help is much appreciated

During your On Hours, you want to route to a menu, with a Multikey option that blind transfers to collected digits. But Transfers to reception upon time-out.
