Transfer via MiCollab (UCA) Issue

Hello All,
I just want to see if anyone else has come across an intermittent issue concerning the MiCollab Client (or UCA). Our user reports that when they transfer via the MiCollab Client that the person transferred sometimes gets a "Please enter your passcode" rather than the persons voicemail greeting. Again this is an intermittent issue. When troubleshooting we never got it to fail when using the physical Mitel phone to transfer.

Any info would be appreciated.
