MiCollab client wont dial out - dials reception

When clicking call from a contact in MiCollab, the system doesn't prefix the number with 9, therefore dialling reception.

The Plus Dialling settings are correct on the MiCollab server.

Any ideas anyone?

Add 9 to the dialing prefix under PBX node details
