Adjust Impedance on loop start line

Is there a way to adjust the impendance on Loop Start trunks.
There is an echo on the lines

Using a Cxi Controller load 8.0

What using xo communication for pots lines and the network balance was set to 600. Customer then changed to atnt pots lines. With atnt lines network balance needs to be set to national complex and also enable class trunks option. Echo goes away and everyone happy.
