Voice Processor Question

Has anyone gone into a system and found the voice processor not in DB programming? I had to enable it again via operations menu but all voicemail functionality was there. Has anyone else encountered this?

There appears to be some issues when upgrading to v6 whereby the VM does not come back.

We have found it necessary to run the upgrade two or three times and it comes back.

Strange thing is, the system was up and running fine before but the user was having VLAN issues last Thursday and decided to reset the 5000 (6.0.9.57) via DB programming, which fixed the phone issue. The user was trying to add a mailbox yesterday when they noticed the voice processor was not present.

Does the customer or local admin have access to Operations? Maybe someone accidentally disabled it? There may be an entry in the Database Programming logs that might help.

The customer has access and did reboot the system from the operations menu, maybe a touchy mouse click and disabled it...I will check the logs, thanks 619.
