Mitel support configured a phone operator to login on a hot desk phone and then answer any incoming calls. When logged in, it bypasses the AA and she then answers and directs the call where it needs to go. If someone calls while she she is on the phone, it will then go to the AA after the 10th ring. My boss wants the 10 rings to be changed to 5 rings. Where would I go to edit this?
