Mitel Call Center Monitor/real time pro
« on: January 07, 2015, 03:22:18 PM »
Does anyone have any experience with this?  I have a manager who's trying to use the silent monitor feature of Real Time Pro and getting the attached error.  We've used this feature with previous managers, so I'm thinking it must be a setup issue.

Cholzhauer,

The extension trying to monitor has to be a supervisor of the hunt group that has ext 1787 in it or they will not be able to monitor their calls.

Thanks,

TE

That'll do it.  What if the person trying to do the monitoring isn't on the same phone system?  Do I have to do something with phantoms then?

Cholzhauer,

Don't think that is possible with an Axxess. I would need to look that up to be sure though.

Thanks,

Supervisors must reside on the same Node as the members they are monitoring. If the endpoints are IP, I believe they need to be in the same network groups as well.
