Unified Messaging not working

I'm having a problem where our Unified Messaging is no longer delivering the voicemail message to email.  I've rebooted the phone system to no effect.  For a while the system was unable to resolve the IP of the mail server (no idea why) but the reboot seems to have fixed that.

Here's an example of one of the transactions; there is zero activity in the mail.mainlog log.

Yes, I have verified that it is enabled and configured correctly.

Cholzhauer,

Try creating a test mailbox and see if you get different results. If not then try rebuilding the Email Gateway settings and test again.

No go.  I'm going to restart the Exchange server as a guess...I don't figure it'll matter as I have other systems that are working just fine.

Just to put this to bed, there was a firewall in the way that was blocking traffic between the 5000 and the email server.  Thanks for your help TE
