5448 PKM on 5340 SX200ICP

Just tried installing a 5448 PKM on a 5340.  Customer has a SX200ICP MX.  For some reason, the PKM just flashes all the lights orange and in form 9 it does not give me the option to open the PKM.  Tried reseating the interface module (it's a version 2, so has the little power cable that goes in there).  Still no luck.  Any ideas?

5340's do not support pkm's, on a 200 ICP

So Mitel lists the 5340 as not supporting the PKM, but does not indicate the 5340e as not supported, does anyone know if this is the case or if both do not support the PKM?

I'm pretty sure both doesn't support PKM.
