Trunk dial access
« on: December 23, 2014, 03:12:15 PM »
3300 MXe 2-Clustered Rel 4.2 / 10.2.0.26_2  EMB-VM 6-SX200 10-ASU

This is probably the most noob question. I haven't figured it out and maybe I can't do it.

We have a PRI connected to our 3300. Just about anyone of course can dial 9 to get an outside line. Can I direct dial access a trunk on a PRI ? Where should I be looking for a dial access code ?

Thanks.

There is a FAC that is for direct trunk select.
usage is <FAC>+<trunk number XXXX>
It will connect you directly to a trunk.
Your COS has to allow it.

Ah,

I found it now, it's Individual Trunk Access.  I was looking under Trunk access. But I knew if Ralph said it was there, it must be.

Thanks again !
