Exporting PF CCM information into third party CRM

Hi

I'm an end user so please excuse my terminology.  We have a Mitel 3300 version 6.0 SP3 (UK) and a PF CCM Enterprise version 6.0.12102.1.

We want to run a script every 15 minutes to extract queue performance information and import it into our own CRM.  The Mitel Contact Centre Solutions report guide states that stored procedures and SQL views are available through a prairiefyresdk.zip. 

Can I get hold of this file and has anyone had any experience using it?

I'm grateful of any help you can provide or any suggestions how else we can achieve this.

I think SDK access to CCM requires a license. In any case, I can't seem to get to the Prairiefyre downloads anymore, even through MOL. Must have had some changes to their sites.
