I can't upload MOH new file.

I want  to upload a new file to be used as a MOH than the used one now , but when I access the system aduio files update to upload the file I found the Browse is gray and I can't upload the file ,please support.

Also is it mandatory for the file to be in .wav format as now it is in mp3

you need to click the browse button (you cant type the location manually)
if that doesnt work, check for popup blocking

when I access the system audio file updates there is a message on top that I have to use Jave 2 SE v 1.6.0_01 put I didn't found this version

I use a VM with windows xp and i.e. 6 for this type of thing. NOT updated in any way.

Any version of Java above 1.6 should do but here is a link

This is 32 bit so make sure you are using 32 bit browser
and add the mitel to Trusted sites in your browser soit has permission to run

You didnt post what version your IE browser is but if its 10 you will need to use compatability mode
