Our client recently added a PS-1.  It is my understanding that the PS-1 replaces the need for the 2G Flash.  When the customer powers down the system and removes the flash the system goes into preboot mode.  As soon as they put the Flash back in the system comes back up.  Any thoughts?

I am not sure where you got that information, but it is inaccurate. The confusion may come in that the licensing is attached to the PS-1 dongle and not the CF card. The base unit uses the CF as a hard drive so it won't work without it.

Yes they will on an upgrade which is why they would need another CF for their system. I made the assumption that you had already swapped that out.
