I've just started working with a company that has a Mitel 3300 installed.
In the past I've worked with Avaya IP Office whose voicemail pro system had a way to connect to an SQL (ODBC) database and actually perform queries and modify workflows based on the results. Using that ability, I built my own conferencing system just using the voicemail pro.
I was wondering if Mitel 3300 had the same ability? Can workflows in the voicemail system connect to an SQL database and perform queries?
