Second call on message
« on: November 04, 2014, 02:55:10 PM »
Ok, I wouldn't believe this if I didn't have the mp3 to prove it. A caller leaves a message and hangs up, but then you hear them calling someone else. How the heck is that possible?

If instead of hanging up, they actually created a conference call I could conceivably see how that might happen.

Is the person leaving the message an internal person or someone calling in from the outside?
If it's someone calling from the outside then it's a PEBCAK error on their end.

Ralph, if is an outside caller that is leaving the message and then calling again. To a competitor, oops. What does PEBCAK error mean and what can I do about it?
