5360 presence

Hi All!

I have been using these forums for quite a while but never posted, I'm hoping one of your knowledgable chaps might know the answer 

We have a mitel 3300 with micollab and 5360 handsets.  Does anyone know how to get the presence information showing on speedcall keys on the handset like in the image below:

You need to be licensed for "presence on Mitel sets" in your MiCollab client for that user. Turn on PC connectivity from the phone and then, in the desktop software, go to manage account then select the desk set and click the manage device icon (gear) input the IP address of the phone and click connect. Program the keys as speedcall keys then tick off the box to display presence.
