Message Button Config

Hello

User gets a message and the envelope flashes orange.  She picks up the headset and hits the button but it forwards her to ext 1106.  All other phones go to the voicemail (7000 range).  Where do I go to change this forward?

If extension 1106 answers the call the light should go out and it will work normally.
