System calls user every night at 12:01?

Since we moved to the 5000, the system is calling our on call people at home every night 12:01...they think it is a support call form a client so they answer and they are replayed whatever the last saved message in the mailbox is. Any idea how we make it stop? I have tried to contact our reseller, waiting for an answer and the manual has not a clue.

The mailbox the user is associated with has Remote Messaging enabled. Log into the DB and navigate to Voice Processor > Devices > Mailboxes > (Mailbox#) > Remote Messaging - No.

I should have been more clear: the calls come into one mailbox which is our after hours support line so real calls need to go through 24/7/365, (we service emergency rooms). However, this is not a new call, it is a call with the last saved message every night at 12:01. If I turn off that setting, will they still get the call when a new message is left?

Let me add that the times set on that mailbox are "start: 12:00AM" and "stop 11:59PM"...could that be the issue? Like maybe it is calling the person when it starts? Is there a way to say just always be on?

From Help: "If start and stop times are the same, notification will be enabled 24 hours per day"

Wellsoft,

I would change the time according to what lowradiation has already explained, but you need to make sure that the users are deleting or saving the messages and not just hanging up on them. Also check to see if your system is doing a reset every night, by default on some systems it happens at 12:01. Look under System > Maintenance > Major Reset Scheduling and see if it suppose to do a reset every night.
