Johnlowe,

There are a couple of ways, but the easiest I guess is through the Operations Menu then Error Logs. Are you needing to do an ADD because that is a little different than what I just told you.

Johnlowe,

Did they tell you how to setup the ADD? If so then you can do the freeze through the way I told you if you are doing it remotely or you can do it through the front panel of the 5000 under System Menu > ADD Freeze.
