Busy / Reorder after page
« on: September 25, 2014, 07:29:41 PM »
ICP 9. Not sure if I changed something on the intercept settings or COS but... I noticed recently that when someone hangs up, the other end receives a busy signal, and after a while, reorder instead of dial tone. That's not so bad....except it now does this on direct pages as well (but NOT group pages). It's fairly annoying.

Is this a setting I may have changed and didn't realize it?

Happens on direct pages?

What's the interface to your page system.  I can see the problem happening with LS trunk ports or STN ports.

It does indeed happen on direct pages. Not talking about external loudspeaker pages. I mean like an extension to extension page. A voice call.

Got it!

I had "Return Disconnect when far end party clears" turned on.

All is well now.
