Access Point Giving Out Mitel Voice IP
« on: August 29, 2014, 02:59:50 PM »
Not sure this is right forum to ask the question, but new installed Access Point Unifi is causing randomly to issue a Mitel Voice IP to a device, and this is causing 6 phones to stop working. When these phones are restarted they either get stuck at Set IP/ICP or IP address.

Can I make any changes in Mitel to ensure access point is not issuing ip address in this range?

You can change the DHCP address range(s) in the 3300.
You may have to delete the range and recreate it with a smaller range.
