SX200 - how to debug or trace call

I'm troubleshooting an SX200 with a PRI, can make outbound calls, but cannot receive inbound. Debugs from SIP T1/PRI gateway shows calls being rejected by the PBX. Can anyone tell me how to obtain a log or trace or enable debugging on the Mitel so I can diagnose further? Thanks in advance.
