We have a Mitel 3300 with Oaisys. We have a new requirement by one of our business units.
They wish to prompt a "being recorded for call quality" prompt on every direct dial from our customers and record the call.
One of the recommendations was to build a ACD queue for each direct number. However we do not have the resources to do this for 200+ lines.
Is there a easier way to do this? So far we have not had much luck. Any help much appreciated.
