Question for VARs - RE: network setup

Do any of you have a customer facing document that you give that explains what they need to do to set up their networks to be VoIP ready?
A checklist type of thingy?
I need to create a doc to use as discussion points when explaining to customers how to set up their networks.
I don't mind creating a doc from scratch but I'd rather stand on the shoulders of the giants that have gone before me and not re-invent the wheel.

I don't have anything but was previously advised I could give a customer the Engineering Guidelines.
There is a wealth of info in the doc about network design and has some examples.

Definitely a good read for a customer.

We used to have one years ago, but each implementation seemed to vary some so now we just meet with the IT staff prior to install date and coordinate it.
