Changing system from T1 to traditional incoming lines
« on: July 29, 2014, 09:55:13 PM »
I recently upgraded from a 3100 to a 3300. I was wondering if someone could help me with something?

How do I get the system to select the LS ports on the controller instead of the T1/E1 port to make outbound calls?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

Chris

Build the L/S trunks, put them in a trunk group and reference that in an ARS route. Point the digits dialed for external calls to the ARS route you built.

If this is too broad just let us know. I'm sure someone here is willing to type it in more detail.

Thank you for your response. I'm going to need the step by step if possible. I really appreciate it.
