Possible reasons for recall not working
« on: May 28, 2014, 10:02:34 AM »
Hi Guys

I have a SX2000 light cat 5 cabling 110 patching circuit descriptor & interconnect the same as other phones on the system. Checked setting on handset.
What are possible causes for not being able to use the transfer function? These phone previously worked fine now 3 in the same area have stopped all at the same time ???
Any thoughts suggestions much appreciated

cheers

Mark

I'm unclear as to what is happening.  Is the problem that the call won't recall or you can't transfer?

What happens when you try to transfer?

When you press the tranfer / recall button on an extention that's working you get a broken tone which allows you to forward the call to another extension or retrive the held call.
On the 3 extentions in the same location they no longer function correctly on pressing transfer / recall nothing happens anymore. Am going to try from the main frame see if that makes any difference?
