obnoxious beep when a phone is dialed on speakerphone

I have a customer with an 8528 phone that when the phone is dialed, there is a LOUD beep  :o when a user dials it on speakerphone. The other phones do not do this.

I have looked at all the features and all the flags and cannot see what controls this.

If anyone can tell me what I might be missing, I would be grateful.

It's a bug, can't remember what version it happens on but I know it got ironed out quite quickly.
