Unified Communicator Express & Terminal Server
« on: May 06, 2014, 06:21:08 AM »
Hi Guys,

Hope your OK.

I'm having a problem with the UCE & a terminal server.

We basically send a query to the IPDIAL.EXE to dial a number, this is working fine for one users. When another user sends the query it connects to the wrong phone basically whichever phone connected first to the system it uses this as it's master phone...

Has anyone else had this problem before?

Thanks,

Scott

I think you'll find that UCX is not supported in a Multi User environment like Terminal Server.

Hey, thanks for the reply.

I've just been looking through the documentation and it's say you can run it on a terminal server... http://download.unifiedcommunicatorexpress.com/ucx/3.0/UCExpress_3.0_IT_Guide.pdf

Thanks,

Scott

Sorry, not used UCX a lot.

While UCX might be supported maybe IPDIAL.exe isn't???

Possibly... But it doesn't say anything in the documentation. It is very very strange.
