Annoucement tone for agent before connection to customer

In a situation where auto-answer is set, is it possible on the Mitel to set an audible tone to play before connecting call to agent.  This is for inbound calls.  Is this possible?  and if so how to configure?

The answer is yes and no.

Normal operation is for a tone to play when the phone auto answers.
But...
The 'no' part is, if you use a DECT headset it may not work.
I've seen a case where it would play sometimes but not all.
The problem has to do with the headset going into sleep mode to conserve battery and it doesn't wake up in time to play the beep.
