5330 IP Phone - Voicemail button calling speed dial
« on: May 02, 2014, 09:50:51 AM »
Hi, I hope this is the right forum

We have a Mitel 3300 and a MAS, one user when pressing their voicemail button on their phone, instead of dialling the voicemail server, it calls another extension (this is not defined on any button either)

I have checked their mailbox on the MAS and it is set correctly and if they call the voicemail extension it recognises them and they can retrieve their messages

I have also checked their deskphone config on the 3300 and its the same as everyone else

on the 3300 we have the voicemail box set with the correct extension (External Visual VM)

Anyone know how this has happened and how to revert it?

Thanks

Andy

Someone sent a message via the message key, once the phone is answered (off-hook) on the far end the message should automatically clear.
