Okay a couple of things to try,

Under Advanced view & SIP - Set RTP Packet Size to 0.020
Under Line 1 or 2 - make sure the proxy address is set to the 3300 address & outbound proxy set to 'yes'

You've probably heard this, but one way audio is typically a routing issue.  Is the SIP device on the LAN with the 3300?

I believe this will be found in your network somewhere so lets start by chasing that.
A couple of questiions:
1- what is the IP address subnet and gateway of your 3300?
2- What is the IP address, subnet and gateway of your SIP phone?
3- Is there a firewall in between them?

4- If your SIP phone gets an IP address from a different subnet, take a Mitel phone, put it in teleworker mode by holding the 7 key as you boot and putting in the IP address of your 3300, then test with that.

You can also get your dealer to send you Teleworker TNA testing software where you may be better able to troubleshoot the issue.

I'd be absolutely suprised if the issue was not isolated to the network.

Ok so are you saying that if you plug in an analogue set into the PAP box you can make & recieve calls ok but when you plug a fax in you cant recieve faxes?

No.  I'm only talking about 1-way audio.   This will almost always to be a network issue.

If your getting 2 way audio when an analog set is hooked up, then perhaps we have an issue with latency or jitter.  We've got a package we use to test this, but be damned if I can't recall it's name right now.  Also it is far from freeware....

Have you set the fax to let you hear the call - can you hear the setup squeaks and squiggles?
