ISDN 30B+D question

I had configured 3300 ICP CX use 30B+D package. I can call out but can not receive a call in.

Please help me !

Easiest way to test is to set the non-dial in answer position as a valid extension. If this works then you will need to absorb the appropriate amount of digits.

You will need to find out from your carrier how many digits they are sending.

Your digital trunks will be assigned a 'Trunk Service Number'. This relates to the 'Trunk Attributes' form.
This is where you can set a non-dial in answer position.

There may be a lot more programming that is missing, I don't know your experience level so I am assuming other programming is in place if you can make a call.
