Is there a way to pull a call log
« on: April 17, 2014, 10:09:50 AM »
Is there a maintenance Command that will build a report of all calls made in the past week? We just upgraded to a 3300 system with Software 12.0.2.23

If SMDR is turned on in COS for the device and if the options are set in the SMDR reporting form then yes you can.
Go to maintenance commands and enter logs re smdr new 1000.

That will show you the last 1000 records.
If you're looking for a specific extension or number called/calling you can enter logs re smdr new 1000 match <string to match>.

You can also telnet using port 1752 and see real time call logging. Hope this helps.
