3300 - programming DDI

Hi Guys,

firstly apologies fro being such a newb, the company i work for has taken over the support of a 3300 (we dont support mitel normally), I need some pointers re configuring a DDI. now when i say pointers i really mean how to do it :)

appreciate any responces.

depends if the ddi's match the ext numbers at the min? if not should be pretty easy? can you see any link between ddi and ext. e.g ddi 345600 goes to ext 600 or 345600 goes to 400, 345601 goes to 401?

ddi's dont match extension numbers at the moment, looks like no ddi's have been setup

where in the webgui are the ddi settings ? maybe i can check it out there.

there isnt really a section on DDI programming because there isnt really 1 way to program them but a few.

Ok, have a look at your ISDN trunks in digital trunk assignment, they will have a trunk service number assigned to them. Go to trunk service assignment form and look at that instatnce number. There will be a section on dial in digits absorb & insert what are they set too?
