Ringing

We have a group that takes calls from a single number, calls to that number are answered at the switchboard and transferred to one of the people in the group. All members of the group can check the voice mail. All seems normal except when a call comes in to that number it does not show on the software console. It rings her phone but does not show up in the active pane of the software console. It shows in the buttons but not the active pane. This makes it impossible for her to use the console to transfer to numbers to either voice mail or one of the waiting people without doing it form her desk phone. I am sure I am missing something but what?

What console? 5550 IP Console, or UCA Attendant console?

It is the software console no equipment just on the screen. UAC
