I think it was to have different routing destinations based on time. In that case, couldn't you use phantom extensions, CRRA and the scheduler to do this?

Are you thinking Day/N1/N2?   That would work for a couple of phones.

Are you asking for an Information type mailbox or Extension that emulates the Speaking clock or "Time of Day" service of some Central Offices?
