Maintenance command query
« on: March 25, 2014, 06:45:23 AM »
Hi, we have a need to identify calls made by certain extensions / agents over a period of time. Is there a maintenance command or does anybody have any idea howto extract this information ?
Many thanks

You would need to have SMDR enabled for the types of calls you want to report on, and also have a call accounting package in order to do historic reporting.

As long as you have SMDR turned on in the COS of the phones and options enabled in the SMDR Form then you can go to maintenance commands and enter:
"logs re smdr new 5000 match <extn>"
That will show all the calls made by exten XXX for the last 5000 calls.
