SIP Link Alarm
« on: March 20, 2014, 04:57:05 PM »
Hi there Mitel friends.
I am having a problem with a SIP Link Alarm.
I programmed a SIP trunk between a Mitel 3300 Cxi and a Free PBX server. On the Free PBX server I can see that the trunk is register and I can make calls both ways.
But on the Mitel I am keep getting SIP Link Alarm.
These are the messages though maintance command

There are 1 SIP link(s) programmed.
Link        CCS state is       IN SERVICE (link down count 1) - REGISTER Failed

Number of established links:     1

Registrar Configuration
-----------------------
Domain: 172.21.2.251 IP Address 172.21.2.251
Allow Third Party Registrations:      no
Default Expiry Duration:              3600 seconds
Maximum Configurable Expiry Duration: 7200 seconds

Can someone help me how to solve this alarm issue?

Best Regards,

gimitel

You probably need to set the Voice Networking entry to Always Active.

Hi there wiseguy.

I changed the voice networking entry to Always Active but still the same Alarm.
